How to use
ONE-Power supply
1.1 Input Voltage
The input voltage range of the product ranges from DC12 to 25V. It is recommended that the product be driven by 12V voltage.
1.2 Main Power Supply
Port 1 (main power port) in the legend is used to power the control board. A 1.25mm 2p red and black connecting wire is provided in the accessories pack to connect to the power supply.
1.3 Series power Supply
The series power supply ports are ports 2 and 3 in the figure. When a large number of control boards are used, only one of them needs to be connected to the main power port 1. The other control boards use series power supply to power them. The accessories pack of this product is equipped with two 1.00mm 2p red and black connecting wires for power supply in series. (The connection method is shown in the figure below)
TWO-Selective signal
Use component 4 in the legend to control the corresponding signal. Before connecting the signal, push the DIP switch to the corresponding position.
THREE-Connecting signal
3.1 Selection of output interface
Ports 5, 6, and 7 in the legend are output control ports. Insert the plug of the rear end of the signal into the corresponding port.
FOUR-Control method
4.1 Manual Control
Users who purchase the manual control set should insert the touch control panel in the accessory pack into port No.8 in the figure, as shown in the figure.
Manual control method: The signal machine starts up and enters the self-check state. At this time, all color lights of the signal machine are lit to facilitate the inspection of whether there are bad lights. Then the signal goes into the normal light state. In this case, you can tap the touch area of the touch control panel to select the release signal. If you do not touch the open signal for more than five seconds after selecting the open signal, the signal enters the open running state. After the train passes by, touch the area signal to change back to the closed circuit display state.
4.2 Semi-automatic control
Users who purchase the semi-automatic control set should connect the touch control panel and magnetic control element in the accessory pack as shown in the figure.
Semi-automatic control method: The signal machine starts up and enters the self-check state. At this time, all color lights of the signal machine are lit to facilitate the inspection of whether there are bad lights. After the signal enters the normally lit state, the release signal can be selected by tapping the touch area of the touch control panel. If the open-circuit signal is selected and not touched for more than five seconds, the signal enters the open-circuit running state. After the train passes, the signal will automatically switch to a closed-circuit display state.
4.3 Extend the control distance
This product is provided with 10-15cm connecting wire by default. Considering that the control distance needs to be extended when the large sand table is used in this product, only one end of an extension wire is connected to the back of the touch control board, and the other end is connected to the metal conductive sheet touch control. (Avoid interference from other wires when touching extension wire wiring)
